Par Winzell 1ce34e06f4 Add Facebok models. Still needs tweaks: 
- Tests do not actually run on Mac. Investigate.
- Add README.md with license verbiage.

Par Winzell 6b09d7fa6b Initial addition of test framework. 
This moves ./npm to ./npm/fbx2gltf, and introduces a
Mocha / TypeScript based testing harness. We're also
adding a GIT LFS dependency, but only for people who
want to run tests.
